Tarot contains within it the power to clarify, to cut through confusion and indecision by offering us new and more rewarding ways of looking at stuck situations and difficulties. It leaves you in charge of your own decisions, but makes clear that you do have options, and positive options before you.
In short, a Tarot reading strengthens us with a fresh outlook and a new, more creative way of looking at old issues or wounds. It seeks to liberate, not to stick you in front of the steam-roller of fate with the tired cliche that you are going to emerge a much stronger person.
