Personal dowsing is used for many different things, as discussed in the About Dowsing page. For personal healing and spiritual growth I use a rose quartz crystal pendulum to help re-align chakras. This can help unblock the energy flow through the body and aid health.
As personal dowsing is a complementary treatment, a consultation with your GP is advised, especially if you have an ailment that has been bothering you for some time or is acute in nature.
