Meditations

Meditation can be a great way to finding inner peace, or just for relaxation, the problems faced by those who are first timers to meditation are being able to quieten the mind, banishing thoughts from the mind of your problems or everyday life, meditation takes practise and patience.

Meditation has a variety of uses, I use meditation in the circles and workshops I run, to help people to become aware of communication from our spirit guides and angels, I also use them in personal development groups as an aid to growth and development, below you will find some meditations to practise, I hope you find them useful.
  First sit in an upright position which supports you and you find comfortable, close your eyes and clear your mind, this may take a few minutes to achieve.

Imagine you are on a desert island the sun is warm on your back, and the sand is warm beneath your feet, behind you you can see the colours of the plants and trees, and in front of you there is the sea, about twenty meters or so from the shoreline you can see some crystals, you can sense the energy from the crystals, this energy is refreshing you, take yourself into the water, swim around in the energy filled waters, after a while you are joined by some dolphins, you can touch the dolphins and swim with them, and when you are ready you can come back to the shore and sit on the beach, see who joins you, it could be a guide or an angel, or a loved one from the realms of spirit, see what they have to say to you, and when you are ready come back to your chair feeling refreshed and re-energised.

Sit in an upright position where you feel comfortable and supported, close your eyes and allow your mind to clear; this may take a few minutes.
Take yourself within focus on your heart area, hear its beat sense the blood flow through your body, you may sense a change in your vibration, experience a feeling of love, you may see wonderful vibrant colours, focus on these colours, feel what the colours mean to you, this is a personal journey enjoy what comes to you, when you feel ready come back to the room and the chair you are sitting in.
